Whether you’re starting drums for the first time, ready to get to grips with the basics, or looking to brush up your skills before joining a band, our drum lessons are tailored to you.

Our friendly, experienced drum tutors teach a wide range of abilities, with lessons shaped around your individual goals, musical tastes and pace of learning. From developing a strong sense of rhythm and mastering essential beats and patterns to exploring the music of your favourite drummers, lessons build both technical skills and musicianship.

We recommend drum lessons from around age 8. For younger pupils, we offer beginner percussion lessons, a fun and invaluable introduction to rhythm, beats and getting to grips with every element of percussion instruments.

Lessons can be purely for enjoyment, or our tutors can support pupils working towards graded exams and school music qualifications as well as university auditions and orchestral auditions.
