Iona

Iona is a passionate musician and multi-instrumentalist based in Edinburgh. She started out as a bassist, playing professionally in bands across the city’s music scene. She has since expanded her skills to guitar, ukulele, and vocals, with a keen interest in composing and songwriting providing expertise in her instruments. 

After graduating with honours from Kingston University, Iona is now working towards an MA in Music at Edinburgh Napier University. Alongside her studies, she has gained experience working with early years groups, using music as a tool to support emotional literacy skills and development. She continues to deepen her knowledge and refine her teaching approach, and is passionate about tailoring lessons to each student’s individual needs and goals.
